What This Retreat Is Not...

Whether you are naturally outgoing or prefer to listen and reflect, you are welcome exactly as you are. Participation is always your choice.

This is a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to leave their professional masks at the door.
The setting
This retreat will take place in carefully selected Kent countryside accommodation designed for space, calm and connection.
What matters most is not the exact location. It is the environment it creates - quiet, grounded, and far enough away from everyday pressure that you can actually think.
Investment
A £50 deposit secures your place at the retreat.
Total retreat investment: £150- £200, depending on room type.
Remaining balance will be invoiced and payable before 01.12.2026.
If the retreat does not go ahead due to minimum numbers not being met, your deposit will be refunded in full.
